We aim to provide our customers with quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2. Customized or special-order items, as well as products marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

3. initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@parts24.qa. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions for sending the product back.

4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

6. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@parts24.qa with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order is subject to the return process outlined above.
