1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, special-order items, and items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned unless defective.

3. How to Return

Contact returns@parts24.qa to initiate a return. Approved returns will receive full instructions.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after item inspection.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

6. Damaged Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@parts24.qa with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, our return policy applies.
